Are your products Gluten- Free?

All of our productrs are certified Gluten-Free by GFCO.

Are there any allergens?

All of our products contain MILK, and we use SESAME SEEDS in our production facility. Those are the only two allergens present in any of our products of facilities!

What about nuts?

We are a peanut-free and tree nut-free facility! There is no chance for any peanut/tree nut allergen cross-contact or contamination in any of our products.

Is your product safe for lactose intolerant people?

The lactose in milk is found in the whey, which is removed in the cheese making process. Our snacks meet the PPM requirements to be called "Naturally Lactose Free".

When will my order ship?

We fulfill orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders placed before 10am on those days will ship that day.

What shipping services do you use?

We use UPS and FedEx for all orders. PO box addresses will ship with USPS.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free for all orders. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii pay a flat fee. For speedier delivery, we offer UPS 3-Day for an additional cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we cannot offer international shipments at this time - but stay tuned, this will be coming to certain countries!

How long will it take my order to ship?

We process orders in 1-3 business days, orders ship out of our warehouse in Sonoma so transit times are dependent on your location. Orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following Monday.
